How early is too early?

Rachel's next door neighbors love Halloween. I am making this assumption based on the fact that their entire front yard/front porch/front windows are decorated with a variety of decorations. I appreciate holidays myself, and all for decorating. But how early is too early?

My personal views are:
1. Each holiday must be fully appreciated before moving on to the next holiday (e.g. no decorating for Thanksgiving before Halloween, or St. Patrick's Day before Valentine's Day).
2. Decorating should not begin any earlier than 30 days before any given holiday.
3. All decorations should be removed within 7 days after the holiday is over.
