I have been wanting to blog about this for the past week, but as it is really Jen & Ron's news and not my own, I thought it would be better for them to share the news with family in person, rather than reading about it on my blog.
I am about to have a new brother! Last weekend, Ron and Jen got engaged. This is so exciting for me! I love Jen, I love Ron, I think they are a great couple together, and I am so thrilled for them! No firmed up wedding plans, as of yet. Jen has turned down my ideas of having the reception at Edru Roller Rink or at the Michigan Historical Museum. But regardless, hurrah for them!
